Nutritional Advice

Nutrition is the study of food and the effect it has on our bodies. It is a very complex, confusing and often misleading subject. Advice on the topic can also be quite conflicting.

Unfortunately, it is not only training that is required to become a "healthy" individual. It is important to train hard, but it is equally as important to eat well. Maintaining a balanced diet is vital to your success in relation to health and fitness. Without it you can dramatically increase your chances of CHD and various other life shortening diseases.

What we want to do is advise and educate you about nutrition and balanced diets, so that you have the knowledge to put the theory into practice  and better your diet. Resulting in a longer, happier and healthier life.

This can be accomplished by analyzing your present eating habits, advising on what, when and how much food you should be eating according to your lifestyle or we can even go food shopping with you and advise on the best foods to put in your basket.
