Holistic Swedish Massage

 Swedish massage is the most popular method of western massage. Per Herik Ling developed it in the 1820’s. He combined ancient Chinese, Egyptian, Greek and Roman techniques with modern physiology. It was then developed and structured further in the 1870’s by Berghman and Helleday. These structures still stand in today’s Swedish massage.
